From Architectural Application to UV protection

Farbeffektfilter Anwendungen

Optical filter

Optical filter and coatings of Berliner Glas are used to control and modify optical radiation in the ultra violet (UV), visible (VIS) and infrared (IR) spectral range.

Fields of applications for conversion and color effect filter are the industry and medicine, architectural glazing and lighting technology.

Conversion filter: They change the light color (color temperature), e.g. halogen light on daylight. The applications reach from modern merchandise presentation to professional studio technology.

Color effect filter: They serve color lighting and are available in a variety of colors and color gradings. Their use is mainly in the show, in the illumination of interior spaces, shops and shop lighting, façades and architecture.

AR-coating for display front panels: For the refinement to display front panels: micro etched glasses will be dip coated at our site in Stromberg. Afterwards they will be finished and assembled at our Berliner Glas Group sites to high-tech front panels for innovative display solutions.
